Yes, all watches are delivered in the original box complete with instructions & warranty. Just like buying from the high street.

Shipping/Delivery
Q1. How long does it take to receive my order?
UK deliverys approx 2/3 days|Europe approx 5 days|USA approx 10 days
Q2. Does the order require signing for?
Yes UK deliverys are recorded and need signing for, same as Europe & USA these will be delivered by courier and require a signature.
Q3. Do you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes, you can have your watch delivered to another address.
Q4. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, delivery to Europe & USA
Q5. What about import customs charge?
Please note that Tickwatchtock accept no responsibility for any import or sales tax that local customs may charge on your purchase. You are advised to get details on what your local rules are before you purchase a watch from us.
After Sales
Q1. If I decide I don't like the watch what is your policy?
That's fine please return watch in original packaging within 7 working days (item should be in same good condition as it was delivered). You will be liable for return delivery costs, and a full refund less original delivery charge and a small restocking fee of either £5.00 or £10.00 depending on the value of the product will be made within 30 days.
Q2. What can I do if the watch doesn't fit me?
We suggest taking it to a local jeweller, for a small fee they can adjust it for you.
Q3. What happens if my watch stops or breaks?
All watches are supplied with a full warranty, please read the instructions on the leaflet.
